The design transforms the familiar world of a rustic farm into a realm of magical realism, where the ordinary becomes extraordinary. Rooted in the story’s central themes of transformation and acceptance, the set reimagines discarded farm materials—wooden crates, burlap sacks, and metal scraps—into beautiful, sculptural elements of nature.
Recycling and reinvention define the visual language: grass is crafted from shredded paper, flowers bloom from burlap and old feed bags, and the entire scene is framed by organic reeds that draw the audience into a storybook-like environment. The space feels both handmade and enchanted, celebrating the imperfect beauty of the “ugly duckling” and the journey toward self-acceptance.
