Silent as the Grave is a neo-noir thriller inspired by true events, directed by Brad Podowski and Dan Gremley. The film follows documentary filmmaker Chris Novak as he delves into the mysterious death of his uncle, uncovering secrets that have long been buried. Blending contemporary investigation with brief, haunting flashbacks to 1960. The story weaves suspense and tension throughout, creating a gripping narrative that explores the darkness lurking beneath seemingly ordinary lives.
I worked on the film as Production Designer, responsible for shaping the overall visual identity across sets and costumes. I managed the art department’s schedule and budget, oversaw graphics, props, and set decoration, and designed or adapted locations to support the film’s moody, suspenseful atmosphere.
